I am an elementary reading resource teacher and at the beginning of this school year the staff was asked to make a paper doll resembling ourselves and to write a few words for a bulletin board that read "Meet Our Staff" for open house. This is what I came up with for my paper doll. Of course I used the Everyday Paper Dolls cartridge. Everything was cut at 8 inches relative size. Her shirt, headband, purse and all patterns are from the Imagine Blossom cartridge. For the pants and top of shoes I used a piece of paper that resembles jean fabric. The book is also cut from the everyday paper doll cartridge. The word read are small stickers, the worm is a small button, and I chalked the edges of the book, gave her face a little color and added googly eyes. Her accessories are old embellishments I had and the school is cool charm I got at Michaels years ago as well. I had a lot of fun with this project! I am much cuter as a paper doll! Lol!

She came out so adorable! The platform shoes are to die for...and her purse looks like a Coach. Oh, sorry, Foach. LOL If only we could all recreate ourselves as paper dolls ~ I'd pull out that Forever Young cartridge and get to work!!!
